Optometrist Dr. Whitney Purtzer

Dr. Whitney Purtzer was born and raised in South Bend, IN, and is a 2006 Penn High School graduate. She completed her bachelor’s degree from Purdue University in 2010, and received her doctorate in Optometry from The Ohio State University in 2014. Dr. Purtzer is a member of the American Optometric Association, Indiana Optometric Association and the American Academy of Optometry. Dr. Purtzer enjoys working with children, fitting specialty contact lenses and treating diseases of the eye. Optometrist Dr. Matt Bartlett

Dr. Matt Bartlett has been in practice for 28 years. He grew up in Griffith, IN, and was a 1982 Griffith High School graduate. He then went on to Wabash College, and graduated from Illinois College of Optometry in 1990. He enjoys fitting custom contact lenses for patients with ocular diseases. In his spare time, he likes to play guitar, fish and spend time with his kids, Ali, Connor and his two young foster children....

Optometrist Dr. Ron Wade

Dr. Ronnie Wade is from Columbus, IN, and graduated from Indiana University College of Optometry in 1966. Dr. Wade spent 3 years serving in the Navy as an optometrist before starting in private practice in 1969. He is a fellow of the American Academy of Optometry, and enjoys providing primary eye care to his loyal patients. In his free time, he likes to golf and spend time with his wife, Beverly, his two children, and four grandchildren....
